Oakenora Home respects your privacy. This policy explains the information collected when you visit the store, place an order, use checkout, or contact us; why it is used; when it may be shared; and the choices available to you.

If you create an account, we also process account and authentication data.

Information is collected directly from you, automatically through cookies and similar technologies, and from service providers that help operate checkout, payment, delivery, security, analytics, or customer support.

We use personal information to operate the store; process and fulfill orders; authorize and reconcile payments; provide confirmations, tracking, and support; handle returns and disputes; maintain security and prevent fraud; improve products and site performance; comply with tax, accounting, legal, and recordkeeping obligations; and send marketing only where permitted and with the required choice or consent.

4. Payment data

Payment is processed by the provider selected at checkout, including PayPal when chosen. Card or wallet credentials are submitted to the payment provider under its privacy practices. We receive transaction details needed to confirm and service the order, but we do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers in our store records.

5. When information is shared

We disclose only information reasonably needed to service providers such as Ecwid/Lightspeed for ecommerce hosting, PayPal or another enabled processor for payment, carriers and fulfillment partners for delivery, fraud and security providers, analytics and communications vendors, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. We may also transfer information as part of a business reorganization, subject to applicable safeguards. We do not knowingly sell personal information for monetary consideration.

10. International processing

Ecwid, payment providers, carriers, and other service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards apply.
