Welcome to Oakenora Home. These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit our website, browse our catalog, or place an order. By using the site, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.

1. Store and products

Oakenora Home offers home decor, wall decor, storage and organization products, textiles, kitchen and tabletop items, and garden and outdoor goods. Product descriptions, measurements, colors, materials, included quantities, compatibility notes, and care guidance are provided to help you make an informed choice. Please review the full product page and selected options before ordering. Screen settings, photography, and normal production variation may cause minor differences in color or finish. We may correct errors or update product information when needed.

2. Prices and availability

Prices and currency are shown at checkout. Taxes, if applicable, are calculated according to the checkout address and applicable rules. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. If an item is unavailable or information is materially incorrect, we may contact you, offer an alternative, or cancel and refund the affected item.

3. Orders and payment

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and to use only a payment method you are authorized to use. PayPal and any other enabled payment providers process payments under their own terms. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order; acceptance occurs after payment authorization and our review. We may cancel or limit orders reasonably suspected of fraud, resale abuse, pricing error, policy violation, or inability to fulfill.

4. Shipping and delivery

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is typically 7–15 business days after processing, unless the product page or checkout states otherwise. Dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, remote-area service, and incomplete addresses may affect delivery. 5. Returns and refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after recorded delivery, subject to the conditions on our Return & Refund Policy page. Contact us before sending a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

6. Changes and cancellations

Contact us through the store Contact page as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins, and shipped orders cannot be rerouted or canceled.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing activity; interfere with site security or operation; submit false information; or copy store content for commercial use without permission.

8. Intellectual property

Store copy, layout, and original brand materials are owned by Oakenora Home or used with permission. Third-party service names and marks belong to their respective owners. No product is represented as affiliated with or endorsed by another brand unless explicitly stated and supportable.

9. Third-party services

The store uses third-party ecommerce, payment, shipping, and analytics services. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages or delays, but we remain responsible for handling your order as required by applicable law.

10. Warranties and liability

Products and the website are provided subject to applicable consumer law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised date. Changes apply prospectively. Questions may be submitted through the Contact page shown in the store footer.
